A hand in a Renaissance shirt cuff holds up a skull, seen from the side, with ALAS, POOR YORICK arched below in classical serif capitals. It is the graveyard scene from Hamlet, made for Shakespeare fans.
Design
Hamlet lifts the jester's skull in the graveyard and the play stops to look at it. Here that moment is a single gesture: a Renaissance shirt cuff, a steady hand, and a skull turned in profile, with the quotation curving underneath it.
Slogan
ALAS, POOR YORICK, set in classical serif capitals, is the line the prince speaks over the skull.
Made For
Shakespeare fans, English teachers, theater people and readers who know what comes after the line.
